Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level technical support to end-users by troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network issues via phone, email, or in-person
- Manage ticket que and phone line for customer inquiries
- Monitoring and maintaining computer system
- Triage tickets in base on internal SLA’s. Responding to service issues and requests
- Handles break/fix, configuration issues, troubleshooting, software installations, hardware repair.
- Install, maintain, and support local office hardware, including computers, mobile devices, and software
- Troubleshoot hardware, software and network problems and document problem resolution
- Maintain organized storage of local IT equipment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications or coursework in IT are a plus.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows, macOS, or Linux), and software applications
- Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills with people in multiple disciplines and multiple levels of the organization
- Passion for technology and eagerness to learn and grow in the IT field
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
