Simplicity VoIP brings Netsapiens technology to the Telarus community.

Telarus has added Simplicity VoIP, the provider of UCaaS solutions, to its UCaaS/CCaaS provider portfolio.

Telarus will distribute Simplicity VoIP’s full suite of cloud communications services through its national agent-partner community. Simplicity VoIP brings Netsapiens technology to Telarus partners.

Simplicity VoIP provides hosted PBX, VoIP and business telephone solutions to small, medium and enterprise-level businesses across the country. It claims its VoIP platform is geo-redundant to ensure network uptime. The company also offers phones and equipment, managed services, video conferencing, call center, SIP, PRI, wireless backup, VFAX and more.

Ben Humphreys is Simplicity VoIP’s president and CEO. He’s also president and CEO of Comtel Communications, a service distributor in the channel.

Simplicity VoIP’s Ben Humphreys

“Thanks to three decades of experience with Comtel, we have a deep understanding of what it takes to successfully sell UCaaS, and what a partner and their client needs: consistently excellent service, outstanding project management, onsite installation, provisioning and ongoing support,” he said.

Telarus acquired Comtel Communications in June 2021.

‘Natural Choice’ for Simplicity VoIP

Telarus’ UCaaS/CCaaS provider portfolio was a “natural choice” for Simplicity VoIP, Humphreys said.

“They have established leaders in the technology solutions brokerage space, with a long history of offering best-in-class services and technology, and a deep understanding of UCaaS and CCaaS,” he said.

Simplicity VoIP is offering a SPIFF program, along with places in the Telarus President’s Club. It also offers not only a traditional agent model, but its Super Seller program.

Adam Edwards is Telarus‘ CEO.

“The Super Seller program is really unique among our providers,” he said. “It’s an exceptional opportunity for partners to get more hands-on with implementations, solution delivery and customer support, coupled with world-class marketing and sales support, and to be richly compensated for their efforts.”
